• Account and Profile Information: Information provided by your employer or by you, such as name, employee ID, email address, phone number, position, department, and other profile details shown in the app.
• Authentication Information (LINE Login / Sign in with Apple): Basic information required to authenticate your identity using supported login methods, such as LINE Login or Sign in with Apple, including a unique identifier and basic profile details made available by the selected authentication provider.
• Attendance and Working Time Data: Clock in/out timestamps, weekly total working hours, and related attendance records used to generate your weekly summary.
• Shift and Leave Information: Work shift assignments, shift calendar data, leave requests, leave status, and related HR records.
• Device and Usage Information: Device model, operating system, app version, and basic usage logs (such as screens accessed) to help improve stability and usability.
• Location Data (for Clock In/Out): With your permission, we collect your approximate or precise location only at the moment you tap “Clock In” or “Clock Out” so your attendance can be verified according to your company’s policy. We do not continuously track your location in the background.
• Photos and Attachments (optional): If you choose to upload supporting documents (for example, for leave requests or work-related records), we collect the files you select or capture for that purpose.
• Documents and Files (optional): If you choose to select, upload, export, or share work-related documents, reports, or supporting files, we may process the files you choose for that purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to support HR and attendance features in the app, including:

• Authenticating your identity and allowing you to log in using supported sign-in methods such as LINE Login or Sign in with Apple
• Recording clock in/out events and verifying attendance using location data at the time of check-in/out
• Calculating and displaying your weekly working time summary
• Showing your assigned working shifts in the calendar
• Processing and displaying your leave requests and leave history
• Displaying your user profile and employment-related information
• Allowing you to upload, export, or share work-related documents and supporting files when you choose to do so
• Maintaining and improving the performance, security, and reliability of the app
• Complying with legal obligations and your employer’s HR policies

Tracking & Advertising

Dataslot HRM does not use data for tracking purposes (as defined by Apple), and we do not sell personal information.

• We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
• We do not share your data with data brokers.
• We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Backend & Data Processing

All data processing is handled by backend services developed and operated by Dataslot HRM on our own cloud infrastructure.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared only with:

• Your employer (or its authorized HR administrators) who uses Dataslot HRM to manage attendance, shifts, and HR records.
• Service providers who support hosting, maintenance, and operation of the application and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Authorities or regulators when required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

Your Rights

Depending on your local laws and your employer’s policies, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we process about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of certain data, subject to legal and HR record-keeping requirements
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing (for example, location services), which may affect some app features
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable

Third-Party Services

Dataslot HRM uses supported authentication providers such as LINE Login and Sign in with Apple for user authentication. Aside from these authentication services, the app does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

The Dataslot HRM app is intended for use by employees as part of their employment. It is not designed for individuals under the age of 18.
